What is Cardano?
Cardano (ADA) is a blockchain platform with the goal of creating supporting smart contract functionality more advanced than competing solutions with ADA being the main token in the the project's Blockchain. Created by the development group "Input Output Hong Kong" with Charles Hoskinson, Ethereum's co-founder, also being Cardano's founder. Cardano is said to be using the "first provably secure Proof of Stake" algorithm.
